Sometimes you just need to do something fun that has absolutely nothing to do with anything.  Enter the Toothpick Portrait series.  I have people stopping by the studio all the time and thought it would be fun to start taking portraits.  Usually folks are not too keen on getting their picture taken.  So I invented a reason and it comes with a prop!  The toothpick gives the subject something to interact with and then become less self conscious for the portrait.

This shot of Marion was the first of the series.
